All you have to do to get your music on Vinyl is follow the instructions below.
- Send an email to. In the email be sure to include the following info
- Band Name and Member Name
- Number of songs you want on vinyl
- Name and duration (time) of each song…i.e. “My Song” 3:40
- The quantity of copies you want, and the Vinyl Package and options that you are interested in (click here for Package and Option details). This includes colors and designs.
- Once we receive the email, we establish a quote (based on your Package and Options)and membership level. We’ll then send you an email containing the quote and a copy of our Distribution Rights Agreement. This agreement is used to ensure that your material is original, and is protected. You’ll be asked to fax the acceptance of the quote and the agreement back to us. Faxing instructions are included in the email.
- When we receive the signed Distribution Rights Agreement from you, we will ask you to send the best version of your song(s). This may include CD versions of your song(s), taped versions, Mp3s, etc. Whatever you feel is the best representation of your music. The method in which you send this music to us depends on the medium you choose, and we will provide you with instructions on how to send us your music via email, snail mail, or our secure File Transfer System. We will also ask you to send any applicable designs and artwork.
- This is where the cutting process begins. Production of your vinyl record takes approximately 14-21 days (Not including the time it takes to confirm your order and quote, and shipping time). We will also require payment at this time. Terms of payment are determined in our email correspondences with you.
WHEN STEP 4 IS COMPLETED, WE’LL SEND OFF YOUR COMPLETED VINYL RECORD.
