In order to produce DVDs for you, we need a little bit of information first. This information is required so we may determine the best and most cost effective way of producing your DVD.

First things first though...before you decide you want a DVD, you want to make sure you have a video of recorded material. This service is specifically for DVD production and replication, not for filming. If you have a film ready, then read on. If you don't, you'll want to start filming NOW, and contact us when you're done!

If you have a film ready (any format is fine, we just need to know which format you've used) then just follow the instructions below

1. Send an email to DVD. Include the following information in your email:
   • Your Name and your Artist/Band Name
   • The length of the video (i.e. 25 minutes) and the video format (i.e. VHS, PAL)
   • Indicate how many menus you'd like
   • Indicate if you want weblinks, and include any applicable weblinks

2. When we receive your email, we'll go over the information provided in order to determine the best production process and a quote. If at this time we have any questions, or require clarification on your request, we'll contact you via email. This is done to ensure quality and accuracy on our part. Once we determine that all received information is sufficient, we'll contact you and provide you with a quote and instructions on where to send your materials. Materials include your film and any applicable artwork/graphic designs.

3. Depending on the agreed upon payment terms, a percentage payment, or payment in full, is required at this time. Terms of payment are determined in our email correspondences with you.

That's all we require from you initially. Once we have your materials in our possession, we get to work.

1. We begin by digitizing your film and doing any necessary editing. We assure you, your content will remain true to the original.

2. We encode the video and the audio is converted into DVD format. Encoding is where the video is compressed. Don't worry, this doesn't harm your video in any way (you get your original video back upon final approval of the disc).

3. Next, menus are designed. We send you JPEG images so you may review the menus to ensure they are to your liking.

4. Upon your approval, your artwork and video are imported into another program for the authoring process. This is where the programming occurs. The output is files for DVD playback.

5. We then have you review the disc, and upon your approval, we begin to make copies of your disc and artwork.

Please Note

The processing time for mastering varies per project. Some projects have just one menu, while others have multiple menus with all kinds of added features. It takes generally 2-3 weeks to replicate an order. Shipping is by UPS, and prices vary depending on quantity, and shipping methods used.
