Ad Rules and Guidelines
- The Ad: Ads posted in the Classified ad section of this site may not exceed 200 words in length. The ads may be text only. No other media is permitted. Once approved, all ads will appear on SonicAwareness, in the Classified Ads section of the site, under the appropriate category, for 15 consecutive days.
- Acceptance of Submission: We reserve the right to refuse your ad submission, and/or ask you to make changes, and/or remove your ad, at any time, if we feel in our sole and absolute discretion that your ad, in its the current form, is illegal, offensive, abusive or not appropriate for posting on SonicAwareness.com. Ads may not contain any language or suggestions which are or could be illegal, obscene, offensive, or inflammatory.
- Eligibility: In order to post an add on SonicAwareness, you must be registered as a listener or musician (Listener Registration is Free. Basic Musician Membership is also Free). If you are registered as a listener, you may not submit ads to the following categories:
- Musicians Seeking Other Musicians
- Musicians Looking for Gigs
- Musicians Who Wish to Offer Their Services
Musician members may submit to any category. However, the special musician discount on Classified ads applies only to the categories that are exclusive to musicians.
It is your responsibility to submit your ad to the corret category. If you submit an ad to the incorrect category (For example: You try to sell a product under "Musician's Looking for Gigs") you may not be notified and you will be charged the fee that corresponds with that category.
- Submitter Responsibility: You are responsible for all claims made in your ad. SonicAwareness accepts no responsibility in the event that any claim you make in your ad is fraudulent or misleading.
Spelling, grammar, and overall presentation of the ad are also your responsibility. SonicAwareness accepts all ad submissions “as is”, and changes are only made or requested if the ad is deemed inappropriate (See Article Number 2). SonicAwareness accepts no responsibility for any errors, omissions, or misleading comments that may appear in your ad submissioin.
- Payment: Payment occurs when an ad is submitted. Once an ad is posted to the site, the submitter will not be entitled to a refund, even if it is removed under Article 2.
