Munkey JuiceYears together: 8 years
Origin of band/artist: Nelson Heise, the guitar player and singer of the band started playing music in 1994. He forced his little brother, Robert, to learn and play bass. The orignal dummer, Louie Warren played three gigs with the band before he went his separate way. From 1996 to 2000, Munkey Juice was just Nelson and Bubba four tracking songs when they could find the time. In 1999, Nelson played with a band called The Giddyup Jesus with Stacie Archer, the current drummer of Munkey Juice. In mid 2002, Stacie joined Munkey Juice, and has recorded the last two albums with Nelson and Robert. Stacie also took control of the graphic design for the band.
Philosophy: Lou Reed's Metal Machine Music defines our belief in the rock industry.
Future plans and goals: Since we have all graduated from college, I suppose we should get real jobs.
